We are currently looking for: AWS DevSecOps Senior Engineer – ATC

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, providing technical direction and promoting engineering best practices;

• Participate in architecture and technology leadership boards, contributing to technical decisions and technology roadmaps;

• Design, deploy and maintain scalable, secure and reliable AWS cloud infrastructure;

• Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation and AWS CDK;

• Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodeBuild and AWS CodePipeline;

• Drive automation across build, testing, deployment, release and operational processes;

• Support event-driven architectures, integrations and distributed systems;

• Lead cloud modernisation initiatives and promote cloud-native engineering practices;

• Improve monitoring, observability, troubleshooting and incident management;

• Explore AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation to improve engineering productivity;

• Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, business stakeholders and customers.

Technical Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS);

• Strong experience with AWS CloudFormation and AWS CDK;

• Hands-on experience with AWS CodeBuild and AWS CodePipeline;

• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation;

• Experience with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems and cloud modernisation;

• Experience in technical leadership, team mentoring and architectural decision-making;

• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, security and system reliability;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Competencies

• Python, TypeScript and Shell/Bash scripting;

• AWS Step Functions, CodeCommit and CodeDeploy;

• FinOps and cloud cost optimisation;

• AI-enabled engineering tools and intelligent automation.

Location: Braga – Hybrid/ 2 days per week at the Braga office

Salary Range: €2.000–€2.300 gross/month
Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.
