We are currently looking for IT Process & Operations Specialist

Requirements:
 

The role focuses on standardizing and controlling IT processes, managing software licenses, and overseeing vendors, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, document, and maintain standardized IT processes.
Manage software license compliance.
Oversee relationships and contracts with strategic suppliers.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal/external standards (ITIL / ITSM).
Participate in decisions with significant financial impact.

5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience managing complex processes with high functional and financial impact.
Ability to produce clear, structured manuals, procedures, and reports.
Experience in ITSM Environments - Hands-on experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) for tracking incidents, changes, and problems.
Coordinating with multiple suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring SLAs.
Understanding ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration Management.
Ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, or compliance gaps.
