We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Required Competencies:

• 7–9 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/Product Development or related areas.
• Strong experience in Product Discovery, from problem identification and validation through solution definition and delivery readiness.
• Solid experience in User Experience Design (UX) and designing end-to-end user journeys.
• Experience defining and validating problem statements, customer needs and business outcomes.
• Strong ability to translate product opportunities into clear functional requirements and prioritised solutions.
• Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering as part of cross-functional product teams.
• Experience with User Research, including understanding user needs, validating assumptions and supporting product decisions.
• Ability to define future-state user journeys and visually represent the intended product experience.
• Experience with Content Design and the creation of clear, user-centred product experiences.
• Knowledge of Solution Design and ability to balance customer desirability, business viability and technical feasibility.
• Experience supporting Business Analysis, requirements definition and solution clarification.
• Understanding of Product Ownership practices, prioritisation and iterative product delivery.
• Ability to define delivery approaches and iteration plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English proficiency suitable for an international working environment.
• Candidates must currently reside in Portugal.

Preferred Competencies:

• Experience working within a Product Trio model involving Product Management, Product Design and Engineering.
• Strong experience in multidisciplinary and international product teams.
• Ability to work autonomously across discovery, definition, design and validation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.

Work Model: Remote – Portugal
Working Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Expected Start Date: 1 October
Salary Range: €2,600–€2,850 gross per month
